THE JOURNEY

Challenge → Solution → Results

A strategic partnership built on understanding, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
CHALLENGE

Retail software creating unnecessary friction

Peak Ascent Cycles had been in business for over eight years and was using Citrus Lime to manage its retail operation. Over time, concerns around cost, flexibility and support led the business to move away from the system, but its replacement created many of the same challenges.

  • High costs: Retail software and additional tools increased expenses without improving how the business operated
  • Day-to-day friction: Awkward navigation, slow website updates and inefficient POS workflows made simple tasks harder
  • Limited support and flexibility: Issues often lingered, and the system still didn’t fit the way the shop actually worked
SOLUTION

A simpler, connected system built for retail

After deciding it was time for another change, Patrick wanted a system that was straightforward and flexible enough to fit the way Peak Ascent Cycles worked. After speaking with the Saledock team and trying the platform firsthand, he felt confident it was the right fit.

  • One connected platform: POS, eCommerce, inventory and customer management brought together in one system
  • Easier day-to-day use: Straightforward navigation reduced the need to jump between different platforms
  • Better customer management: Customer activity, sales history and communication became easier to track in one place
RESULTS

Simpler workflows with more time for customers

With Saledock in place, Peak Ascent Cycles simplified day-to-day operations by bringing its till, website, inventory and customer management into one system.

The team gained clearer visibility into sales, customers and overall business performance, while online sales improved and everyday tasks became quicker and easier to manage.

The business now saves around five hours each week, while centralized customer information, purchase history and sales activity make it easier to stay connected with customers and track performance.

“

Being able to navigate my way around the system and keep on top of customer communication has made a huge difference. I'm always in the loop.
