My name is Jim Monroe and I’m from Sunset Shoes in the Panhandle of Florida.

We are based out of Miramar Beach, Florida and we have six locations ranging from Panama City to Destin.

Managing Disparate Parts of a Business Easily in One Place

Quick transfers, for instance, is a really big thing for us because between all of our stores, we transfer merchandise every day, but we don’t have to keep the same inventory in all stores.

So that really helps out because we’re constantly moving product. Just a pair of shoes here, a shirt here, that gives us some sort of control with the inventory that we didn’t have prior to Celerant.

System Support from a Provider That’s Ready to Help When You Need It

The support’s the best thing for me because coming from other point of sale systems in the past, if there’s a problem, you can just call up and have it dealt with, whereas some other companies, the support’s just not as instantaneous as what Celerant offers.

We are really looking forward to adding the online store add-on to Celerant because we think for our business, that’s our next storefront to open online.
