Celerant + Project ChildSafe: Promoting genuine firearms safety

Project ChildSafe is a program of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) to promote firearms safety and education.

We are committed to promoting genuine firearms safety through the distribution of safety education messages and free firearm safety kits to communities across the U.S.

Through Celerant’s point of sale and eCommerce platform, you can encourage your local community to participate in Project ChildSafe and support the industry.

Celerant + Project ChildSafe: How it works

  • Implement the Project ChildSafe template Pre-configured ‘ChildSafe’ template available within Celerant’s back office.
  • Promote point-of-sale donations Customer donation options at the point of sale, including the nearest dollar or a specific denomination.
  • Enable online donations Customer donation options available through your eCommerce website.
  • Facilitate donation reporting Monthly reporting for sending donations to Project ChildSafe.
  • Encourage community participation Local community participation in Project ChildSafe through Celerant’s point of sale and eCommerce platform.
  • Support firearms safety education Safety education messages and firearm safety kits supporting Project ChildSafe’s mission.
